30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all MarketingOwl products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Digital Products

All MarketingOwl products are digital downloads (WordPress/WooCommerce plugins). Because digital products cannot be “returned,” our refund policy is based on satisfaction rather than product return. You do not need to uninstall or delete the product to request a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply email us at [email protected] with:

• Your order number
• The email address used for purchase
• A brief reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)

What to Expect

• We’ll acknowledge your request within 24 hours
• Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
• The refund will be credited to your original payment method
• You’ll receive email confirmation once the refund is processed

Exceptions

Refund requests made after 30 days from the purchase date may be considered on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to be made in bad faith.
